How do I message a creator on GlowChat?
Open a creator profile, tap "Message", and start a conversation. Each message costs the creator's configured GlowCoin price. Top up GlowCoins anytime from the message input.
How do I top up GlowCoins?
In any chat, tap the coin icon to open the GlowCoin modal and choose a package. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
How do I become a creator?
Visit /creator-signup to apply. Once approved you can set your message price, accept payouts, and start chatting with fans.
How do I reset my password?
Go to /forgot-password and enter the email associated with your account. You will receive a secure reset link.
How do I report inappropriate content or a user?
Use the report button inside any conversation, or email support@glowchat.com with details. Our team responds within 24 hours.
How do I delete my account?
Email support@glowchat.com from the address on your account and our team will permanently remove your data within 7 days.
