By using Glowchat, you agree to follow this policy at all times. Glowchat reserves the right to remove content, restrict features, or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

1. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on Glowchat. Violations may result in immediate removal or account termination.

1.1 Adult, Sexual, or Explicit Content

Glowchat does not allow:

•Sexual services or "private chat" arrangements
•Sexting, erotic role-play, or fetish content
•Escorting or companionship services
•Solicitation or distribution of explicit images or videos

Glowchat is a brand-safe, non-adult platform. Any attempt to use the platform for adult content is prohibited.

2. Illegal or Restricted Activity

You may not use Glowchat to engage in, promote, or facilitate:

Fraud, scams, or deceptive behavior
Money laundering or payment manipulation
Sale or exchange of weapons, drugs, or controlled substances
Gambling or real-money betting
Terrorism, extremism, or politically targeted violence
Copyright infringement or intellectual property violations
Sharing stolen, leaked, or hacked materials

3. Harassment, Abuse, and Harm

Glowchat has zero tolerance for harmful behavior. Prohibited content includes:

Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse
Hate speech or discriminatory language
Threats or encouragement of self-harm or violence
Doxxing or sharing private information
Stalking or unwanted repeated contact

Users must treat creators and fans with respect at all times.

4. Safety of Minors

To protect minors:

Users under 18 may not create an account.
Users may not request or share content involving minors.
Sexualization of minors is strictly banned.
Attempting to contact a minor through Glowchat will result in immediate termination and referral to authorities.

Glowchat performs identity checks where appropriate to enforce age restrictions.

5. User-Generated Content Guidelines

All content must comply with the following rules:

Messages must be respectful, lawful, and non-explicit.
Content must not mislead, impersonate, or defraud others.
Content must belong to the sender (no stolen or reposted private material).
Promotional content must be truthful and non-deceptive.

6. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must:

Respond to messages in compliance with this policy
Not solicit off-platform payments or direct contact
Not provide services outside Glowchat that violate this policy
Accurately represent themselves and their offerings

Creators who repeatedly violate content safety rules risk loss of payment access or removal from the platform.

7. Reporting & Enforcement

Glowchat provides built-in tools for users to report inappropriate or abusive behavior. Reports are reviewed promptly. Enforcement actions may include:

•Content removal
•Warning notices
•Temporary account restrictions
•Permanent account termination
•Referral to law enforcement where required

Glowchat may also take action at its own discretion, even without a user report.

8. Moderation & Monitoring

Glowchat uses a combination of automated systems and human review to:

Detect harmful content
Identify safety risks
Prevent prohibited activities
Maintain platform integrity

Users consent to moderation practices to ensure a safe environment.

9. Appeals

If you believe an enforcement action was made in error, you may contact Support@Glowchat.onmicrosoft.com to request a review. Decisions will be evaluated considering safety, context, and platform rules.
